We, the www. flyingbrick .de community, sadly say goodbye to our friends which didn’t left us but are one turn ahead. We would only be too pleased to ride with you, have a drink or just read your threads.

Our thoughts are with you and your families.

Waldo (Waldo_IZ)
18.05.1953-03.01.2010

On January 1st, .2010 our friend Waldo died in the age of 56 after a long disease. We will miss his whimsically smile as well as his reliability.

Claus (ClausSE)
14.05.1967-03.04.2009

Claus was a member since 2003 and known as a host of the “Boc-K im Norden” meeting. 2008 he moved to the Lueneburger Heide. He just sold his K100RS 4V and was a proud owner of a K1100 RS. He died in the age of only 41 at a traffic accident with his car sustained on the journey to work

Herbert (from Bautzen)

Herbert wasn’t registered at the forum, but an enthusiastic participant of our meetings. As a sidecar owner, he organized meetings and sidecar trips with handicapped passengers himself. He died at the age of only 67.

Janos (Janosch_C_aus_RE)

Since our first meeting of 2002, Janos was well-known at the forum for his filigree silver work. Together with his wife, he held several K100 and 75, which were rebuilt by himself with a lot of skill. With only 41 years Janos died after a heart attack.

Detlef (Detlef_TBB)

Detlef joined our forum since the beginning. As a proud owner of a K100LT with sidecar he travelled to South Tirol repeatedly. During their journey his family was involved in an accident and Detlef was killed.

Holger (katzu)

Holger made a dream come true when he gets his K100 RS 4V. During a short trip around Osnabrueck a tragic crash happened. Holger died at the scene of accident.

Uwe died suddenly at the age of 41. As a K100 owner, he was one of the first Flyingbrick forum members.
