the problem is this: when working on single audible knock. The second problem (maybe not connected with the first), when moving to a lower gear can be heard clanging \ rustling \ crunch (unintelligible sound). help identify the source. On the steps of the central etoot sound is heard, when the transfer. For clarity, the video attached.

Hi Metalist,
better post your question in English instead of using Google Translator or something similar. No one can get the substance out of above's translated German text.

Das ist, glaube ich, nicht zielführend. Der Text ist scheinbar aus dem Russischen übersetzt worden.

Hi, nice to read you

your engine needs some checks. First for air leaks in the space unter the air filter and above the cylinder head. The rubber seals around the throttle-system are often leak. This causes a hard and rocking engine run like yours.

If you try to test the gears in idle, the stuckling engine gives their rumbling through to the gearbox and kardan. This is logic and no problem.

Start with checking the ignition, sparks, air leaks and synchronization. I could help you really well, but the distance... ;)

The clearance of the rear wheel with engaged gear is really normal.

Servus.

Tomorrow audit cardan, lubrication grooves. The day after check clearance on the valves, adjustable air dampers to their synchronization. If the symptoms will accomplish your goal. Thank you very much friends! ;): Wave:
If you have any tips or recommendations would be grateful! ;)

Hi Metalist,
please check whether all 8 bolts which are fixing the exhaust system to the cylinder head are at their place. You might have lost a few during driving. I had similar engine sound having lost three out of eight bolts.

Got to the rod, is clearly (to not put another), I saw that the oil is driving in the area of the input shaft bearing on the output shaft which rotates clutch. Tuesday will go to a local shop to change the seal. show the number and size, try to calculate the equivalent. The stem itself is dry, not oil, weighs somewhere right on the exit. Because of it foiled a trip to the bike fest in Zelenogorsk. Adhesion built up like a clock, all soft and clear, with no complaints.

good day
The question arose about the oil output shaft coupling on the BMW k100rs.
Is it possible then that the oil there should be holding back his sleeve? Either this is the rod seal clutch transmits oil.

Tell the cuff is filled with oil? is it normal? or should it remain dry? opinions on the forum rossiykom dispersed.
I think this is a seal on the shaft, but the guys say that changing the cuff coped with the problem. Cuff protects the unit from dirt and dust inside the stores, or a small amount of gear oil is released?

Yes. There will be some oil 'leaking' from the main gearbox area into the rubber boot (No 6), which is intentional so that the thrust bearing of the clutch pushrod is lubricated. No worries
