Maybe some can help elighten me with this topic.
The last 3 winters I have had snow/ice way early in the winter season so I couldn't ride.
This year we haven't had any snow as yet so I was wanting to continue to ride as long a possible.
The last few trips I have had the bike out the outside temps were colder(between -15 to 0 degC) 0 to 32 degF , now I am showing fork oil leaking from both forks. I have boots on them, and they aren't overfilled.
I have been riding the bike regularly since October(there's another story there), and have had no fork issues at all till the temps dropped.
I surely would have thought the seals could handle cold temps. Maybe not.
Others with this issue?
This isn't the 1st time I've noticed this either. I think it happened the 1st year or two that I kept riding into the winter months.
Any tips? or ideas?
