Switching pannier lock cylinder on K11

    Hi
    I'm in for replacing the lock mechanism for one of my panniers ( Koffert ), that locks the pannier to the frame in the front.
    How to get the lock cylinder out and install it in the replace mechanism?

    - Key in the lock
    - Open lock
    - Key on position closed
    - Push in the latch at the bottom of the lock cylinder from outside through the hole (difficult to see)
    - Turn lock cylinder 90° to the right
    - Pull out the lock cylinder and key
